The IUT International Scientific Cooperation Center Hosted IUT’s Internationalization Officials Meeting on Monday, May 29, 2023. During the meeting, the director of the IUT International Scientific Cooperation Center presented a summery on the international activities and achievements of IUT in the past 6 months and discussed future plans and goals.

 Dr. Peiman Mosaddegh also reported on the international activities of students and announced joint educational and research courses with the European and Chinese Universities. He also emphasized the university public culture in accepting international students as one of the most important factors in attracting international students and stated that this could cover some research and development budget deficits.

Dr. Mosaddegh also announced the formation of a joint working group of the departments of physics and chemistry and the holding the CERN and SESAME international conference on June 26,2023 at Isfahan University of Technology as a founder member of SESAME.

He also called the International Physics Olympiad for students in July, 2024 at Isfahan University of Technology an appropriate opportunity to a better representation of IUT. At the end, each of the IUT Internationalization officials presented a report on their own faculty's international activities, challenges, and proposals.
