Abstract |
Application of antimicrobial, antibacterial and antiviral agents in textiles has grown dramatically over the last decades and the potential application field of these agents is wide. In this research, several types of new generation textiles with antibacterial and antiviral effects will be prepared based on improved fibers containing different nanohybrids such as nanoalloys/drugs, nanooxides/drugs, nanoparticles/natural compounds, and metallic nanoparticles/organic molecules. The chosen hybrids possess a wide range of antiviral and antibacterial activity and can uniformly disperse in the fiber matrix such as polyester, nylon, PP, and PE. |
