Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) intends to provide scholarships in the fields of "Agriculture Studies Networks for Food Security" and "Human Resources Development for Electricity and Energy Sectors" for subsidiary centers in undergraduate studies in order to improve the quality of human resources in different countries.
